We help our clients get and stay in front of their adecuado customers through LinkedIn outreach, content and thought leadership, CRM management, and SEO and AI search visibility, run as one connected system rather than four separate services. We are a small, senior team based in New Jersey, working with clients nationwide. We operate month to month, our average client stays with us for more than three years, and we hold a 5.0 rating on Google. We keep clients that long by delivering results and by making sure they always feel informed and taken care of. This role is the second half of that sentence.

Role Description

The Client Services Manager is a full-time remote contract role that owns the client experience from signed agreement onward. You will run onboarding for new clients, serve as the primary point of contact for active accounts, and keep a consistent cadence of check-in calls, status updates, and progress recaps. Internally, you are the connective tissue:



you will track deliverables across our outreach, SEO, content, and design specialists, follow up with the people responsible, and bring blockers and decisions to leadership framed and ready. You will monitor account health, flag cooling sentiment before it becomes a problem, and prepare clients for review calls so they see the value of our work in pipeline terms, not activity terms. You will not set marketing strategy or pricing; those conversations belong to leadership and you will loop them in. This role requires strong availability during US Eastern business hours.

Qualifications
- Fluent, polished English, written and spoken. You will be on video calls with US business owners and writing emails that represent our brand. A brief video introduction is a required part of the application.
- 2+ years in a client-facing role at a marketing agency, or an equivalent mix of agency and account
