Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled
Backend Developer
with
3–5 years of professional experience
, ideally in projects involving
platform integrations
. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain backend processes that connect multiple systems, ensuring seamless data flow, accuracy, and security.
You will work closely with our technical and operations teams, following structured
project management methodologies
to deliver integration solutions that improve efficiency across the organization. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, high accountability,
and excellent communication in
English (C1 or higher)
, as you’ll be collaborating with U.S.-based teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend scripts and services using Python for automation and integrations.
- Strong experience monitoring systems in production to detect edge cases.
- Excellent knowledge of techniques for manual and automated testing.
- Help define with stakeholders software requirements under Agile and Kanban methodologies.
- Communicate proactively updates and blockers to managers..
- Optimize for software performance and track costs of deployed solutions.
- Secure
software projects according to
HIPAA
regulations.
- Design, implement, and monitor ETL/data synchronization processes.
- Automate workflows using GitHub Actions, cron jobs, or similar tools.
- Document processes clearly and provide technical support to internal stakeholders when needed.
- Participate in
