What you will do
- Develop and maintain Revit models and Construction Document (CD) sets for security and low-voltage systems — including CCTV, access control, structured cabling, audio/visual, wireless networks, and other technology infrastructure — across SD, DD, and CD phases.




- Place and document devices such as CCTV cameras, access control components, AV equipment, Wi-Fi access points, speakers, and data outlets for commercial, institutional, healthcare, education, and public sector projects.
- Produce and update floor plans, sections, elevations, details, and sheets, and create and maintain Revit schedules, legends, tags, and annotations.
- Prepare permit sets for submission to local authorities and CD packages for General Contractors.
- Accurately pick up and implement redlines and markups throughout all project phases.
- Coordinate Revit models with linked architectural backgrounds and adjust documentation as projects evolve.
- Perform quality control to ensure consistency between models, drawings, and schedules.
- Assist with Revit family creation or modifications when required, prepare PDF deliverables, and keep project files organized.
