The Opportunity
The Deployment Lead – Marketing is responsible for leading the successful delivery and deployment of high-value, high-impact marketing digital initiatives across the Andean Region (Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, and Venezuela).



This role acts as a strategic partner between Marketing, Data & Analytics, Integral Teams, Local Teams and external vendors to drive digital transformation and enable business growth through technology and innovation.

The position requires strong expertise in project management, digital transformation, stakeholder engagement, and change management, ensuring that marketing solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable business value.

Your Impact
- Lead the end-to-end delivery and deployment of strategic Marketing projects, from ideation and business case definition through implementation, adoption, and benefits realization.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives that enhance marketing capabilities, customer engagement, data-driven decision-making, automation, and omnichannel experiences.
