Role Description
The Account Manager and Outreach Coordinator is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing client relationships and driving outreach efforts to support business growth. In this position, the individual will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, oversee onboarding processes, and ensure service quality and client satisfaction through regular check-ins and performance reviews. The role includes coordinating outreach campaigns, identifying new partnership opportunities,



and collaborating with internal teams to match bilingual professionals with client needs. Day-to-day tasks involve maintaining organized records of client interactions, preparing reports on account performance, and proactively addressing issues to strengthen long-term partnerships. The individual will also contribute to continuous improvement by sharing client feedback and supporting initiatives that enhance remote team collaboration.

Qualifications
- Strong account management and client relationship skills, including experience handling multiple accounts and coordinating ongoing support.
- Experience in outreach, prospecting, and partnership development, with the ability to communicate value propositions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish–English proficiency strongly preferred.
- Proven organizational and time management
