About the Role

Toeshee Labs is building Zeara.ai, an AI-powered sales intelligence and prospecting platform, and we're looking for a hands-on product leader to take Zeara through QA, release, and commercialization. Reporting directly to the Founder/CEO, this person will stand between business leadership, engineering, QA, marketing, and customers, building the product management function for Toeshee Labs from the ground up.

Core Responsibilities

*Product Management & Requirements*
- Convert business concepts into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain and prioritize the backlog with defined value, priority, and dependencies.
- Translate founder, marketing, sales, and customer input into actionable decisions.
- Organize requirements for key Zeara features (Configurator, Ask Zeara, dashboard, campaigns, CRM, roles, pricing, onboarding).

*QA, Testing & Release Management*




- Build and maintain test plans, regression checklists, and release readiness criteria.
- Coordinate QA execution across development, internal users, and business.
- Triage bugs by severity and business impact.
- Manage release notes, known issues, and post-launch feedback.

*Cross-Functional Communication*
- Act as the primary bridge between CEO, engineering, QA, marketing, and sales.
- Run weekly product, backlog, and release readiness meetings.
- Produce clear executive updates for non-technical leadership.
- Coordinate with marketing on messaging, demos, and customer-facing materials.

*Product Roadmap & Commercialization*
- Create and maintain the Zeara roadmap (MVP, v1.1, v1.2, and beyond).
- Prioritize features by value, effort, and strategic importance.
- Support packaging, pricing, and enterprise readiness requirements.
- Prepare documentation and demo scripts for sales and marketing
