We’re looking for a Lead QA Analyst focused on UAT and implementation support, not traditional manual testing. This role owns end-to-end UAT planning and execution, coordinates offshore QA teams, and drives defect triage and resolution. The adecuado candidate acts as a quality gate for business workflows, proactively identifies implementation risks, challenges incomplete or unclear testing evidence, and communicates go-live readiness clearly to stakeholders. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong ownership of UAT strategy, cross-functional coordination, and release readiness decisions.

Core Responsibilities




Build and manage UAT test plans based on implementation scope, requirements, configuration, and business workflows.
Translate business requirements into clear test scenarios and expected outcomes.
Interact with our customers on their UAT testing needs.
Lead offshore QA resources by assigning daily priorities, reviewing execution, and validating test evidence.
Validate end-to-end implementation workflows, integrations, configuration, permissions, client-specific scenarios, and data setup.
Manage defect intake, triage, prioritization, retesting, and closure.
Communicate UAT status, open risks, blockers, and go-live readiness to project leadership.
Support production validation, post-release smoke testing, and lessons learned after implementation.

Requirements

5+ years of software QA experience.
3+ years as a QA Lead, UAT Lead, Implementation QA Lead, or Senior QA Analyst.
