We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Logistic Equipment Executive to join our dynamic team at PIL in Bogota, Colombia. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of logistics activities to support the company’s logistics objectives.

Key Responsibilities





Coordinate and monitor logistics operations, including containers positioning, warehousing, and delivery.
Coordinate the recovery of containers held by authorities or retained by customers beyond the established time.
Liaise with vendors, carriers, depots, terminals and internal teams to ensure timely cargo movement.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
Prepare and process logistics-related documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Track shipments and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Assist in resolving logistics issues and improving operational efficiency.
Monitor and maintain oversight of Maintenance & Repair (M&R;) activities, verifying photographic records, repair times, and cost control.
Continuously monitor container dwell times at container yards, promoting their timely evacuation and turnaround.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain
