Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Bilingual Community Success Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for community members and clients after their initial engagement with our organization.
This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys building relationships, making meaningful connections,



and helping people achieve their goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for client follow-up, appointment coordination, CRM management, and ongoing community engagement to ensure every individual receives a supportive, personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls with clients at various stages of their journey.
- Maintain consistent communication with active and inactive clients.
- Re-engage individuals who require additional support or encouragement.
- Follow up after consultations, workshops, community events, and appointments.
- Build trust through personalized and proactive outreach.
- Answer general questions and connect clients to appropriate resources and services.
