Golang Architect

Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall technical architecture design, technology selection, and architectural evolution of core backend systems.

Design and develop high-concurrency, highly available, and high-performance distributed systems based on Golang.

Responsible for microservice architecture design, including service decomposition, service governance, RPC, messaging, fault tolerance, and data consistency solutions.

Responsible for performance optimization of core business systems, solving challenges related to high concurrency, low latency, and system stability.

Responsible for the architecture design and optimization of core infrastructure and middleware, including MySQL, Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch, etc.

Drive the implementation of cloud-native technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Lead technical proposal reviews, establish coding and architecture standards, and oversee technical documentation.

Mentor and train the Golang development team to enhance overall R&D; efficiency and technical capabilities.

Responsible for locating, troubleshooting, and resolving critical production issues to guarantee high availability and continuous business operations.

Requirements

5+ years of backend development experience, with 3+ years of hands-on Golang project experience.

Proficient in Go, with deep understanding of Goroutines, Channels, Context, Interfaces, Reflection, Memory Management, and Garbage Collection (GC).

Deep understanding of Go's concurrency model, capable of resolving race conditions, deadlocks, and goroutine leaks.

Familiar with Go performance profiling and optimization tools, such as pprof, trace, etc.

Familiarity with mainstream Golang frameworks like Gin, Kratos, Go-Zero, etc., is preferred.

Practical experience in architectural design for large-scale distributed systems.





Proficient in microservice architecture, service decomposition, service governance, circuit breaking, rate limiting, graceful degradation, load balancing, etc.

Familiar with RESTful APIs, gRPC, WebSockets, and other communication protocols.

Familiar with architectural concepts such as DDD (Domain-Driven Design), domain modeling, CQRS, event-driven architecture, etc.

Experience designing system architectures from scratch (0-to-1) or leading large-scale system refactoring.

Proven track record in implementing systems with high concurrency, high availability, and low latency.

Familiar with distributed transactions, distributed locking, cache consistency, idempotency, message reliability, etc.

Familiar with message queues such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS, etc.

Able to conduct capacity planning, performance analysis, and architectural optimization for system bottlenecks.

Strong technical design and technical decision-making capabilities.

Capable of organizing architecture reviews, technical reviews, and code reviews.

Strong cross-departmental communication skills, able to translate business requirements into technical architecture solutions.

Experience as a Tech Lead or Architect leading a dev team of 3+ people is preferred.

Strong execution capability and problem-solving skills.

Experience in large-scale systems within internet, e-commerce, fintech, payments, trading, SaaS, or cloud computing industries is preferred.

Experience designing systems handling tens of millions to hundreds of millions of requests is preferred.

Experience in low-latency, high-throughput, and real-time data processing is preferred.

Experience with overseas online gambling/iGaming platforms is preferred.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields preferred; requirements can be relaxed for exceptional candidates.
