We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Sourcer to identify, engage, and build strong pipelines of qualified candidates across a variety of roles. This position will focus heavily on talent research, outbound sourcing, candidate engagement, pipeline development, and initial qualification while partnering closely with recruiters and hiring teams to support hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, talent databases, job boards, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain organized candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct targeted searches based on experience, skills, seniority, location, industry, and other role-specific requirements.
- Engage both active and passive candidates through personalized outreach campaigns.
- Conduct initial candidate qualification to assess experience, interest, availability, compensation expectations, and overall alignment with the opportunity.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline activity within the ATS and sourcing platforms.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and continuously refine sourcing strategies.
- Manage candidate follow-ups and engagement to maintain momentum throughout the sourcing process.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for specialized and hard-to-fill positions.
- Track sourcing metrics including outreach volume, response rates, pipeline conversion, candidate quality,



and sourcing effectiveness.
- Leverage AI-powered recruiting and sourcing tools to improve talent identification, research, outreach, and overall efficiency.

Requirements

- Previous experience in sourcing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field.
- Strong experience building and managing candidate pipelines.
- Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Familiarity with modern recruiting and sourcing tools such as Ashby, Metaview, Jack & Jill, Gem, Juicebox, or similar platforms.
- Experience using ATS, CRM, candidate databases, and sourcing automation tools.
- Familiarity with Boolean searches and advanced candidate research techniques.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to create effective candidate outreach.
- Excellent organization, follow-up, and pipeline management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting U.S. or international recruitment.
- Experience sourcing for technical, SaaS, specialized, or difficult-to-fill roles.
- Experience using AI-enabled recruiting platforms and emerging sourcing technologies.
- Ability to analyze sourcing data and adjust strategies based on pipeline performance and conversion metrics.
- Comfortable learning and adopting new recruiting technologies and sourcing methodologies.
