We're hiring a full-time Construction Estimator to review architectural plans, define demolition scope, and produce accurate, competitive estimates - with the support of AI-assisted tools for research and drafting.Key ResponsibilitiesCost Analysis: Reviewing architectural drawings, plans, and technical specifications to determine the total demolition scope of a projectQuantity Takeoffs: Measuring and calculating precise amounts for materials, equipment, and direct/indirect labor tied to demolition workVendor Bidding: Requesting, collecting, and comparing pricing quotes from outside subcontractors and suppliersEstimate Production: Producing accurate, competitive, well-documented estimates - expect a volume of 3-5 estimate requests per dayCollaborating with Field Operations and Sales on scope and pricingJob RequirementsStructural, Civil, or Construction Engineer (preferred)
