Compensation: $600 per month + $50 transaction bonus on qualifying closed sales.

The Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and creative Disposition Marketing & Lead Management Assistant to help market our investment properties and manage communication with prospective cash buyers.

This is not primarily a cold-calling or closing position.

Your main responsibilities will be:





Property Marketing → SMS Outreach → Buyer Lead Intake → Follow-Up → CRM Management → Showing Coordination → Serious Buyer Handoff
You will often be one of the first people an investor communicates with after showing interest in one of our properties.
Your job is to provide a great first impression, communicate professionally, build rapport, gather information, qualify interest, coordinate showings, and keep leads organized and moving forward.
You will not be expected to handle complex price negotiations. When a buyer becomes serious or the conversation requires negotiation, you will hand the opportunity to our Disposition Closer or management team.

Property Marketing
Create professional and attractive property marketing flyers using Canva or similar design software.
Organize property photos, descriptions, pricing, and investment information.
Prepare properties for distribution to our cash-buyer database.
