About the Role

This is a hands-on role for a disciplined marketer who thrives in structured operational environments. You will own the work across our retainer accounts: running the SEO, building and optimizing the paid campaigns, owning the content calendars, and pulling the reporting.

To set you up for success, you will start out working directly with the founder during an onboarding window. To get up to speed, you will be trained on the accounts, the tools, SOPs,



and how we deliver.
From there, you will do the work and keep it organized: executing across the accounts while coordinating calendars, priorities, and reporting so nothing slips. If you like being in the accounts, in the tools, and shipping the work, this role is built for you.

The soccer passion is not a nice-to-have. It is the filter. This is a soccer company at its core, and that shapes how we think, what we talk about, and where this goes. Your understanding of soccer culture and industry terminology is what ensures our marketing copy and campaign strategies connect with our target audience.

What You Will Own

SEO & AI Search Execution: On-page and technical SEO, keyword research, site audits, content briefs, and optimization across client sites
Paid Advertising: Build, launch, and optimize campaigns end to end, including audience targeting, ad copy, budget pacing, and ongoing performance tuning
