Affiliate Program Manager (Contract, Remote)

MahaDevi Ayahuasca is a retreat center rooted in the Camsá lineage, operating in Putumayo, Colombia. We host small, intentional retreats guided by a Taita with a strong emphasis on ethical facilitation, informed consent, and deep post-ceremony integration.

We are looking for someone to build our affiliate network. Not to be an affiliate, but to find them.

The mission
Your job is to identify, vet, and onboard the right partners: wellness creators, coaches, integration therapists, breathwork facilitators, community leaders, and others whose audiences genuinely align with plant medicine work. You will grow a network of affiliates who can authentically refer retreat guests, and you will manage those relationships so they stay active and producing.

What you will do
Research and reach out to potential affiliate partners in wellness, coaching, spirituality, and retreat spaces
Vet candidates for audience alignment, credibility, and genuine resonance with ayahuasca work




Onboard new affiliates and equip them with what they need to refer well
Track partner activity and keep the network warm and growing
Report on pipeline and partner performance

The engagement
This is a performance-based contract role, not salaried employment. Compensation structure is shared with shortlisted candidates. Remote, versátil, results-focused.
