- Negotiate with the insurance market for the best terms and conditions for our clients' insurance programs.
- Develop a strong understanding of clients’ risks and support senior colleagues in advising on strategic insurance solutions.
- Contribute innovative ideas to strengthen Marsh’s value proposition and enhance client relationship strategies.
- Conduct market research, prepare high-impact commercial presentations, and develop tailored business proposals for prospects.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to identify, assess, and negotiate coverage solutions with insurers, ensuring alignment with clients’ needs.
- Support commercial teams during tender processes, renewals, and placement activities.
