Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant based in Bogotá to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our US-based leadership team.As an integral part of our daily operations, you will act as the gatekeeper and air traffic controller for executive workflows. The idóneo candidate possesses flawless English communication skills, strong project management capabilities, and advanced proficiency in managing data via spreadsheets. While a background in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is a plus, it is not a requirement—we value a sharp mind, strict attention to detail, and a process-oriented attitude above all else.

Key Responsibilities
● Executive Support & Calendar Management: Efficiently manage complex calendars,



coordinate high-level meetings across time zones, and handle email correspondence on behalf of executives.
● Project Coordination: Track team tasks, follow up on project milestones, and ensure deliverables are met using project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or Trello).
● Data & Spreadsheets Management: Maintain, update, and build out trackers, financial reports, and operational spreadsheets. You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity and generating clean reports.
● Documentation & Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Take detailed meeting minutes, outline action items, and help document company processes to scale operations.
● General Administration: Assist with light billing/invoicing tracking, travel planning, research projects, and miscellaneous operational tasks as needed.
