Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive, bilingual Real Estate Cold Caller to support a U.S.-based real estate team.
This is a sales role, not a customer service or administrative scheduling role. Your main responsibility will be making outbound calls to homeowners, identifying motivation to sell, handling objections, qualifying leads, and booking appointments when appropriate.
You must be comfortable speaking with people who are not expecting your call, hearing “no,” staying confident, and following a structured sales process.

Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to property owners,



including leads from for-sale-by-owner listings, expired listings, distressed properties, and other real estate lead pipelines.
Use proven scripts to start conversations, build trust, qualify motivation, and identify potential selling opportunities.
Ask strong qualifying questions to understand the homeowner’s timeline, urgency, property situation, and interest in selling.
Handle objections with confidence, professionalism, and empathy.
Set qualified appointments directly on the realtor’s calendar when appropriate.
Pass warm or high-priority leads to the agent based on the qualification criteria.
Accurately record call outcomes, notes, lead status, and follow-up details in the CRM.
Follow up consistently with leads based on the team’s process.
Collaborate with the agent and internal team to improve scripts, outreach strategy, and conversion results.
