Role Description This full-time Ejecutivo Comercial role at OSHPITALITY GROUP is an on-site position based in Cartagena. The role involves managing the entire commercial cycle, including identifying new business opportunities, presenting services and solutions to prospective clients, and preparing proposals and quotations. The Ejecutivo Comercial will conduct regular follow-ups with leads and existing clients, maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service quality and contract fulfillment. Day-to-day tasks include building long-term client relationships, analyzing sales performance, supporting the implementation of commercial strategies, and participating in commercial meetings, events, and presentations as required.
Qualifications
Strong commercial and commercial management skills, with experience in sales processes, negotiation, and closing deals.
Ability to perform consistent following up on leads,



opportunities, and client accounts to ensure continuity and growth.
Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
Customer service orientation, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and maintaining positive client relationships.
Previous experience in hospitality, services, or related commercial roles is preferred.
Proficiency in basic office and CRM tools to manage client information and track commercial activities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work on-site in Cartagena and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Relevant technical or university education in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
