Senior AI Engineer (Python, LLMs) at BairesDev

As a Senior AI Engineer (Python, LLMs), you will design, develop, and optimize production-grade applications powered by Large Language Models. You will serve as a technical driver in translating complex data requirements into scalable AI solutions, ensuring robust performance and seamless integration of LLM architectures.

What You'll Do

Design and implement scalable retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and semantic search capabilities.




Develop and integrate high-performance application layers with LLM APIs to support complex workflows.
Architect automated ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, process, and prepare unstructured data for AI workflows.
Implement evaluation loops and monitoring frameworks to ensure the accuracy, safety, and reliability of AI outputs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and shape strategic opportunities for intelligent automation.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Python and integrating LLMs, specifically OpenAI APIs.
Proven experience building and optimizing RAG workflows and Semantic Search.
Experience with orchestration frameworks like LangChain or Agentic workflows, and ETL/ELT processes.
Advanced proficiency in English.
