Primary Responsibilities:
Support marketing campaigns, content initiatives and events
Track projects, timelines, action items and deliverables
Coordinate cross-functional communications and stakeholder follow-ups
Prepare and maintain marketing materials, presentations and documentation
Assist with social media scheduling and digital content management
Support trade shows, webinars, conferences and event logistics
Specific Responsibilities:
The Marketing Administrative Analyst supports the Integral and North America Marketing team by coordinating marketing projects, tracking activities, preparing materials, supporting events and managing administrative processes to help ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
Marketing Operations Support
Support the execution of marketing campaigns, content initiatives and events
Maintain project trackers, action items, schedules and status updates established by the Marketing Manager
Monitor project progress and follow up with internal stakeholders to help ensure assigned tasks are completed on schedule
Track marketing requests and follow up on outstanding items
Maintain visibility into ongoing marketing activities and priorities
Provide updates on project status, open action items and upcoming deliverables
Escalate potential delays, risks, or issues to the Marketing Manager as appropriate
Administrative Support
Schedule and organize marketing meetings.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, meeting notes and internal communications
Document action items and follow up with stakeholders on assigned responsibilities
Maintain marketing documentation, digital assets, presentations and shared resources
