Job Summary
Executel is seeking a proactive billingual Mid Level RTA & Workforce to oversee the daily operations of our automatic dialer system and lead uploads for a fast-paced sales floor. This is a mission-critical role that requires real-time monitoring, quick problem-solving, and coordination with our telecom engineers and developers to keep systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Upload and manage lead files into our CRM/dialer platform based on predefined templates (Excel formatting).
Review lead quality and sales results to identify high-performing lists and optimize daily uploads.
Monitor dialer queues and system health continuously to ensure agents are always connected to live calls.
Act as the first point of contact for technical issues with the dialer or lead system; escalate to internal developers or telecom engineers when needed.
Analyze call/sales trends to support lead strategy and dialing configuration.
Work closely with supervisors to ensure full utilization of the sales team throughout the day.
Respond quickly to system issues — when the dialer stops,



all agents are waiting. Time is critical.

Requirements
Prior experience in a similar operational or support role within a call center environment.
AI knowledge (Claude, Chat GPT, any other).
Moderate Excel knowledge (formatting, template matching). No advanced formulas required.
Solid analytical thinking to assess list performance and suggest improvements.
Excellent communication and coordination skills — must be able to work closely with developers, telecom engineers, and sales leaders.
Comfortable working under pressure in a time-sensitive environment.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Bilingual (English and Spanish).
