Sales Representative – Outbound
Location: Bogotá – Onsite Mandatory
Schedule: Monday to Friday, EST Hours
Salary: COP $5,000,000

We are looking for experienced Sales Representatives with a strong background in outbound sales and exceptional communication skills. This is a fully onsite position supporting U.S. clients, requiring a high level of professionalism and a C1 English level.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients.
• Pitch products and services effectively to generate new business.
• Manage and nurture a sales pipeline and follow up consistently with leads.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and report activity and performance.




• Collaborate with the team to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound sales.
• Advanced English level (C1).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Bogotá (Parque de la 93 area).
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, EST hours.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
