The Opportunity




We are currently a team of 30 in Bogotá with plans to double to 60+ employees by the end of 2026 and continue scaling rapidly from there. We are looking for our first dedicated People hire on the ground to own the HR function end-to-end and build it from the ground up as the office expands.
This is a role designed for growth—you will start hands-on across the full HR scope, and as the team scales, you will build and lead your own department. You’ll bring in and manage your own support team (a Recruitment Associate and an Admin Associate reporting directly to you), shifting your focus toward strategic People leadership.
You will report locally while working closely with our Global Team from the Vietnam Office.
Location: Hybrid working in our Bogotá Office.
