Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Agent – AP & AR Specialist with 1–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). The idóneo candidate should have good knowledge of accounting processes, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
Process invoices, payments, receipts, and related financial transactions.
Review and verify invoices and supporting documents.
Follow up on outstanding receivables and payments.
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.




Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers regarding payment-related queries.
Prepare basic financial reports and transaction summaries.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in AP, AR, or general accounting.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
