Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the Regional Wholesale Billing team, ensuring the timely, accurate, and efficient execution of billing processes.
Ensure compliance with the monthly billing schedule and established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Lead and allocate the team's workload, ensuring appropriate resource planning and operational continuity.
Oversee the end-to-end billing cycle, including the validation of commercial requests, invoice generation, electronic invoicing, credit notes, debit notes, and billing adjustments.
Ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition by overseeing monthly close activities, reconciliations, and billing-related financial controls.




Monitor the daily performance of billing systems, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and appropriate escalation to support teams when required.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX controls, and corporate policies applicable to the Billing process.
Coordinate the investigation, analysis, and resolution of billing exceptions, discrepancies, and customer disputes, minimizing financial and operational risks.
Review and validate operational and financial reports, analyzing performance indicators, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
Coordinate internal and external audit activities, ensuring the availability, accuracy, and reliability of all required supporting documentation.
Maintain effective communication with Commercial, Finance, Collections, Tax, IT, Business Operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
