Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and promoting Trusoft’s software solutions across target sectors. Daily activities include conducting market research, engaging prospective and existing clients, delivering product presentations and demos, and supporting contract negotiations.



The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns, create sales materials, and track performance metrics. The role also includes providing client training on solutions, maintaining high standards of customer service, and contributing feedback to improve products and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction and presentation abilities.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on relationship building, responsiveness, and client satisfaction.
Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing capabilities.
