About The Role

Apply senior management-consulting judgment to create, evaluate, and refine complex business scenarios that train AI systems to structure strategic problems, build recommendations, develop business cases, and communicate executive-level insights.

What You'll Do

Produce high-difficulty expert tasks and gold-standard solutions in strategy, operating-model design, and business-case development.
Review and calibrate peer work, own day-to-day quality, and escalate genuine edge cases or rubric ambiguities.

Requirements

8–15 years of strategy or management-consulting experience at Engagement Manager to Principal level.
Top-tier or boutique consulting background; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Expertise in strategy,



operating-model design, business-case structuring, engagement leadership, team management, deliverable quality, analytical thinking, and executive writing.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. AI evaluation or related analytical experience is preferred but not required.

Engagement Details

Short-term contractor engagement for up to 9 weeks. Commit 8 hours per day and up to 40 hours per week, including 4 hours of overlap with Pacific Time.

Compensation

$16.10 USD per hour.
