We're Hiring: GCP Support Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and solutions-driven GCP Support Engineer to join our growing team. This role is idóneo for someone with strong hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly BigQuery, DataProc, and data engineering support. Expertise in SQL, Python, and PySpark is essential, while experience with Teradata is highly desirable for candidates working in data warehousing, migration, or hybrid cloud environments.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem solver who takes ownership, collaborates effectively with global teams, and is passionate about delivering reliable, high-quality data solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Gather technical requirements and develop functional specifications.
Analyze and recommend development approaches for applications, systems, and data solutions.
Develop and maintain code across cloud, data integration, analytics, and reporting platforms.
Design, build, and optimize data pipelines across GCP and Teradata environments.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.




Support presales activities, including solution reviews and technical documentation.
Collaborate with Agile teams across Asia, Europe, Canada, and the United States.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in data engineering support roles.
Strong expertise in GCP, including BigQuery and DataProc.
Advanced skills in SQL, Python, and PySpark.
Experience delivering end-to-end data engineering projects on GCP.
Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Teradata, including data warehousing, SQL optimization, or cloud migration initiatives.
Experience with SSRS.
