Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Analyst to support recruitment and HR operations. This role is responsible for managing candidate sourcing activities, coordinating recruitment processes, supporting onboarding initiatives, and assisting with employee relations and HR administrative tasks. The adecuado candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering an excellent candidate and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Support full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
Utilize sourcing tools, resume databases, and online platforms to identify qualified talent.
Assist hiring managers and HR teams with recruitment and onboarding activities.
Coordinate new hire documentation, onboarding processes, and employee records management.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR processes and programs.
Maintain and update HR databases, ATS, and HRIS systems accurately.




Support benefits administration processes, including enrollments, changes, and employee communication.
Assist with HR audits, reporting, and documentation review to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
Provide administrative support for performance management and employee relations processes.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee and candidate information.

Requirements
Bachelor degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related preferred.
1 year of previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Coordination, or related HR roles.
B2-C1 English level proficiency.
Knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and HR best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
