Our Client
We're partnering with a fast-growing DTC eCommerce brand in the personal care space, known for its natural, high-quality products and strong customer loyalty.
The brand has built significant traction and is now scaling aggressively through paid social, with approximately $200K/month in Meta ad spend.
They're looking for a Media Buyer who can take ownership of the Meta account, optimize toward profitable growth, and identify opportunities to scale while maintaining strong performance.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organized, analytical, and proactive.
The Role
As the Media Buyer, you'll be responsible for executing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns at significant scale.
You'll own day-to-day account performance, monitor CAC and ROAS,



conduct regular account audits, and identify the creative angles, customer avatars, and concepts driving the strongest results.
You'll also work closely with the Founder / Creative Strategist, turning your performance insights into actionable recommendations for future creative briefs and testing.
This is not a role for someone who simply manages campaigns based on instructions. We're looking for someone who can spot weaknesses, identify opportunities, and proactively recommend what should happen next.
Responsabilities
Meta Ads Management
Execute and manage Meta Ads campaigns with approximately $200K/month in ad spend.
Monitor performance and optimize toward target CAC and ROAS.
Manage budgets and scaling decisions based on performance.
Maintain a clean, structured, and organized ad account.
