Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Nurse Practitioners to support the training and evaluation of advanced AI systems. The role focuses on creating and reviewing complex clinical scenarios that test AI capabilities in differential diagnosis, prescribing decisions, multi-morbidity care planning, clinical risk assessment, and high-acuity decision-making.
This opportunity is best suited to senior advanced-practice nurses with substantial recent clinical experience who are comfortable applying diagnostic reasoning, pharmacotherapeutic knowledge, and evidence-based guidelines to complex patient cases.
CONTRACT: Short-term contractor assignment, 9 weeks
COMMITMENT: At least 4 hours per day and up to 40 hours per week, including 4 hours of PST overlap

Canada, Chile, Colombia, Mexico.
NOTES: Candidates must hold active APRN licensure and a relevant national or regional Nurse Practitioner board certification, and must have practiced clinically within the last 3 years.
Responsibilities
Create high-difficulty clinical tasks involving advanced-practice nursing scenarios.
Develop gold-standard solutions covering differential diagnosis, treatment planning, prescribing, and clinical decision-making.
Build scenarios involving high-acuity presentations, multi-morbidity, and competing diagnostic possibilities.
Review AI-generated clinical outputs for accuracy, safety, completeness, and practical relevance.
Evaluate pharmacologic treatment plans, prescribing logic, contraindications, and risk-benefit considerations within scope of practice.
Validate clinical scenarios involving laboratory findings, imaging, patient history, and multi-system presen
