The Red Hat Consulting team is looking for a Telco Consultant to join us in LATAM. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Red Hat's products and services. Your expertise will contribute to the growth and sustainability of Red Hat's business. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of Red Hat platforms within client organizations. You will work closely with clients to ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of their Red Hat environments, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise. Your primary responsibility will be to provide ongoing consulting and support services to ensure the successful operation and optimization of Red Hat products and solutions. You'll need to have excellent technical abilities and solid communication and customer-facing skills. We are seeking a candidate fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese. Spanish is the primary language for daily business and communication,



with English and Portuguese used regularly across regional teams and stakeholders. You won't be expected to know everything on day one, but your ability to learn new technology quickly will be essential.

What You Will Do

Solution Implementation: Deploy, and optimize Red Hat infrastructure collaborating with other team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality services and exceed client expectations.
Consultation and Technical Support: Provide consulting services to clients, offering guidance and solutions to optimize the performance and stability of Red Hat technology solutions. Assist clients in resolving technical issues, providing troubleshooting, and recommending best practices.
Proactive Maintenance: Conduct regular system analysis and performance tuning to identify potential areas of improvement. Implement optimization strategies, preventive measures and proactively address any potential issues to ensure the cont
