Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Talent Sourcer. The Talent Sourcer will identify and engage qualified candidates across Latin America for positions within the U.S. energy industry and related business functions. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching talent markets, building candidate pipelines, creating and posting job ads, and using online platforms, databases, and social networks to source candidates.



The role involves conducting initial candidate outreach, screening for basic qualifications and language skills, and coordinating next steps with recruiters and hiring managers. The Talent Sourcer will maintain accurate records in applicant tracking tools, provide regular updates on sourcing progress, and collaborate with the broader talent and client success teams to align sourcing strategies with client needs.
Qualifications
Ability to conduct structured research on talent markets and roles, leveraging online tools, databases, and professional networks.
Strong skills in candidate sourcing, including use of job boards, social media, Boolean searches, and networking to build diverse talent pipelines.
Proficiency in clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages and interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
