Job Description

Coordinate certification and compliance projects from initiation through completion.
Review technical documentation, reports, drawings, and product information.
Support audit and inspection activities while ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
Communicate with clients regarding project status, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Assist in preparing reports, certification records, and standardized documentation.
Coordinate testing activities with laboratories and technical teams.
Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Identify and help resolve project-related issues while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Maintain knowledge of applicable standards, certification requirements, and industry regulations.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational excellence efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
0-2 years of professional experience (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).




Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage repetitive administrative and documentation tasks.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
