We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with strong Business Analysis skills to support data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives. The idóneo candidate will have expertise in Data Warehouse implementation and management while also demonstrating a proactive approach to requirement gathering, stakeholder collaboration, and business process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated data pipelines for high-volume data processing using modern data warehouse tools and technologies.
- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes for batch and real-time data processing.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and management best practices across the organization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processing, transformation, and validation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and analytics.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions for data pipelines and analytics.
- Work closely with stakeholders,
product owners, and technical teams to identify business challenges and define effective data-driven solutions.
- Perform data analysis, reporting, and visualization to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure business objectives are aligned with data engineering implementations, optimizing analytics workflows.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to bridge gaps and ensure smooth execution of data-related projects.
