Pacific Legal is seeking an experienced, confident, and professional Sales & Business Development Representative based in Colombia to support our continued growth and expansion in the Canadian market.
This is a remote, part-time opportunity offered on an independent contractor basis. You will work with a growing Canadian professional services firm and focus primarily on developing relationships and generating new business opportunities with prospective clients in Canada.
What You'll Do
Conduct outbound sales and business development activities targeting prospective clients in Canada
Perform cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups
Identify, generate, qualify, and nurture new leads
Schedule consultations with qualified prospective clients
Build relationships with prospective clients, referral sources, and business partners
Consistently follow up with leads and business opportunities
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates




Support ongoing lead generation and business growth initiatives
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, cold calling, lead generation, or outbound sales
Excellent spoken and written English
Confident and professional telephone communication skills
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking with Canadian business owners, executives, and professionals
Self-motivated, organized, proactive, and results-oriented
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Previous experience selling to Canadian or U.S. clients is strongly preferred
Experience in professional services, legal services, consulting, financial services, SaaS, or other B2B services is considered a strong asset
