About The Role

Are you ready to drive strategic growth with one of our most important commercial partners? We are looking for a highly driven Key Customer Development Manager to lead our partnership with Grupo Éxito based in Medellín

In this critical role, you will be responsible for translating corporate strategy and brand objectives into profitable,



sustainable business growth. You will own the full customer relationship, drive volume and net sales, manage the end-to-end P&L;, and significantly impact our market share. Main Responsibilities

Strategic Business Planning & Execution: Lead the development, negotiation, and execution of annual and long-term Joint Value Plans (JVPs) with Grupo Éxito, ensuring total alignment with strategic priorities such as category growth, brand share, profitability targets, and 7P execution goals.
P&L; Management: Own full customer P&L; responsibility by meticulously managing trade spending, promotional investments, and gross-to-net costs to ensure optimal ROI and profitable sales growth.
Strategy & Omnichannel Translation: Act as the internal champion fo
