Resolv Global is looking for 2 Full-Time Base44 Developers to join our growing team in Barranquilla, Colombia.

Position Details

Employment Type: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Full-Time
Work Model: Hybrid; 2–3 days per week in the office, with the remaining days worked remotely
Location: Barranquilla, Colombia
Compensation: Competitive salary in USD, negotiable based on experience and skills
Payment: Weekly

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain applications using Base44.
Build and manage integrations, workflows, and automations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand business and technical requirements.
Optimize applications for performance, functionality, and user experience.
Provide ongoing technical support, maintenance, and improvements.
Identify opportunities to improve existing applications, workflows, and processes.
Translate business needs into practical technical solutions.

Remote Work Technical Requirements

Because this is a hybrid position,



candidates must have a reliable home setup that allows them to work effectively on remote days.

You Will Need:

Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported)
16 GB RAM
Dual monitors
Webcam and headset
i5 processor and up
Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable)
Backup power solution
Microsoft Teams / Office 365
