INGEPSY seeks a Regional Accounting Manager (LATAM) to support cost accounting across LATAM and lead a multinational team from our Bogotá office. You will consolidate regional reports, drive productivity initiatives, and collaborate with Finance to forecast costs and annual budgets.
The role requires deep knowledge of accounting (US GAAP), 7+ years' experience, and 3+ years leading diverse teams. Fluent Spanish and English are essential; Portuguese is a plus.
