Overview
Signify is a integral leader in lighting solutions, driving innovation in connected lighting and the Internet of Things. This on-site role is located in Bogotá, Colombia, and focuses on managing strategic key accounts within the project ecosystem to deliver tailored lighting solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage strategic key accounts and customer relationships across the project ecosystem, including installers, contractors, specifiers, consultants, partners, and end users.
- Drive sales, revenue growth, and profitability by developing account strategies, identifying project opportunities, and leading commercial negotiations.
- Lead medium and large lighting projects end-to-end, from early design and tender stages through execution and delivery, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver tailored lighting solutions and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Manage project performance and commercial activities, including forecasting, CRM updates, pricing,



margin analysis, proposals, and the promotion of connected, digital, and sustainable lighting solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Project Sales within the lighting or related industry.
- Proven experience managing complex B2B customer relationships and driving profitable business growth.
- Experience working with specifiers, consultants, contractors, and customers across both public and private sectors.
- Sales or Project Management certification is preferred.
- On-site position located in Bogotá, Colombia.
