- Facilitate strategic discussions with C-level executives to ensure alignment on business objectives and to collaboratively develop and execute joint action plans.
- Monitor and manage the operational performance of your accounts to guarantee high service quality and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and improvement within your accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that client needs are met and that service delivery is optimized.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on account performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement to stakeholders.
