What you'll do:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls and direct outreach.
- Build and manage your own pipeline with focus and consistency.
- Qualify leads, move opportunities through the funnel, and close with confidence.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Bring energy and intention to every client interaction.

You handle objections well and keep moving forward.

- Fluent in English. Spanish is expected; Portuguese is a strong plus.

What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in a sales role, any industry welcome.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-directed and able to work independently.
- CRM experience preferred.
- Currently living in Bogotá.
