About the Role

We’re hiring an SEO Specialist to help high-growth eCommerce brands increase organic visibility, traffic, and revenue through strategic, data-driven SEO initiatives. In this role, you’ll own SEO execution across multiple client accounts, combining technical optimization, content strategy, and performance analysis to deliver measurable business impact.

This is a part-time contract role (10-15 hours per week), adecuado for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on execution, and can independently manage multiple priorities while collaborating with a fully remote team.

What You’ll Do
- Developing comprehensive SEO strategies based on keyword and competitor research
- Executing technical and on-page optimizations, including metadata, site structure, and internal linking
- Managing the end-to-end content production process, from topic planning and content briefs to coordinating with freelance copywriters
- Overseeing backlink initiatives to strengthen domain authority and organic growth
- Monitoring rankings, traffic,



and conversion performance to ensure campaigns stay on track
- Delivering clear SEO updates and actionable insights to internal Account Strategists
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify emerging SEO opportunities and evolving search trends
- Contributing to internal SEO playbooks, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a proactive SEO professional who combines technical knowledge with strong project management skills. You’ll bring:
- 2-3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably within an agency or supporting eCommerce brands
- Proven ability to improve search rankings and drive measurable organic growth
- Strong knowledge of keyword research, technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
