Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience




- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in client intake, customer service, immigration law, legal support, or a related field
- Previous experience working in an immigration law firm is strongly preferred
- Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and legal case management systems
- Ability to manage multiple client files in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate compassionately with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive personal and immigration information
