What you'll do
- Oversee and coordinate all facets of the employee onboarding and offboarding processes, collaborating with both internal general teams (such as Immigration and Payroll) and external service providers.
- Serve as a regional specialist, offering expert support to clients by addressing their inquiries and advising them on benefits, international payroll,
expense reporting, and various HR-related matters.
- Cultivate and manage client relationships in partnership with the client services team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Strive to maintain high levels of employee satisfaction among supported employees through a customer-centric approach.
- Enhance client satisfaction by ensuring swift onboarding timelines and adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) for issue resolution.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members to ensure they are well-prepared for their roles.
- Maintain and audit all HR records meticulously, including personal files, onboarding and offboarding documentation, contracts, and job-specific materials.
- Ensure that all HR processes comply with local employment laws and proactively identify any areas requiring correction.
