ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly motivated Account Executive with three to five years of proven experience selling to the financial services and fintech sectors. The idóneo candidate is a true hunter, focused on generating new business opportunities,



building strong client relationships, and consistently achieving ambitious sales targets within the payments industry.

What you will do:
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new financial institutions and strategic partners in Colombia.
- Promote and sell payment solutions, platforms, and value-added services to banks and fintech companies.
- Develop tailored proposals and negotiate contracts through to successful deal closure.
- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline, provide accurate sales forecasts, and ensure revenue targets are achieved.
- Build and strengthen long‑term relationships with decision‑makers at financial institutions.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and a high standard of client service.
- Stay informed about payment trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape in Colombia and across Latin America.
