Job Description
ROLE PURPOSE:
This is an individual contributor role of a tactical and execution-focused nature, responsible for activating centrally developed omnichannel marketing campaigns locally, acrossArgentina, Mexico, and Colombia. The role's impact lies in translating global marketing direction into each market's reality, ensuring initiatives are implemented effectively, properly adopted, and deliver measurable results, while making efficient use of the resources available in each market. This is a multi-country role, based on-site at the office of the hiring country, with a low travel requirement.
This role will report to the Head of Campaign Activation, Intercontinental.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Activate centrally developed omnichannel marketing campaigns locally, ensuring fidelity to the original strategy and adaptation to each market's particularities.
- Serve as the channel between central marketing direction and LATAM markets, translating integral guidelines into viable local activation plans.
- Collaborate closely and continuously with local marketing execution teams and data and technology partners, coordinating the steps needed for successful implementation.
- Prioritize and make efficient use of the resources available in each market to maximize the impact of activated campaigns.
- Monitor the performance of activated campaigns, identifying learnings and providing structured feedback to inform future central initiatives.
- Drive and support the adoption of new channels and campaign capabilities within local markets, acting as a change agent for new tools or methodologies.
- Educate and support local stakeholders in understanding available campaign capabilities and activation processes, building toward team autonomy over time.
SKILLS, COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE:
- Solid track record in marketing and/or omnichannel engagement, with a profile oriented toward strategic execution rather than purely operational tasks.
