We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of software development initiatives across cross-functional teams. This role requires a strong blend of project management, Agile leadership, stakeholder communication, and operational excellence. As a key member of the delivery organization, you will facilitate Agile processes, manage project risks and dependencies, maintain transparency through effective reporting, and continuously improve team performance and delivery practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Project Management within software development environments.
- Experience serving as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or Technical Project Manager.




- Understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile delivery models, and modern engineering practices.
- Hands‑on experience leading Agile teams using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivery excellence.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
