EpicCare Ambulatory & MyChart Analyst

Job Summary:We are seeking an experiencedEpicCare Ambulatory & MyChart Analystto join our healthcare IT team.



The idóneo candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimising theEpicCare AmbulatoryandMyChartmodules. The candidate will work closely with physicians, clinicians, patient engagement teams, and technical stakeholders to enhance outpatient clinical workflows and improve the digital patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and support the EpicCare Ambulatory and MyChart applications.
- Gather, analyse, and document business and clinical requirements from ambulatory care and patient engagement stakeholders.
- Design, build, test, validate, and deploy system enhancements and new functionality.
- Configure and support MyChart functionality, including patient registration, appointment management, eCheck-In, messaging, results review, medication refill requests, and patient communications.
